At KAZ Care, we provide non-clinical community wellbeing & mental-health awareness services designed to support refugee, immigrant, and faith-based communities in showing resilience, emotional balance, and social connection.

All our services are delivered through education, awareness, group engagement, and capacity-building, not medical or clinical treatment.

We offer interactive awareness sessions that help individuals and families better understand mental health, emotional wellbeing, and common life challenges — especially within refugee, immigrant, and culturally diverse communities.

These programs focus on:

  • Mental-health literacy and stigma reduction

  • Recognising signs of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Understanding emotional challenges related to migration, displacement, and social pressure

  • Healthy coping strategies and self-regulation techniques

  • Building supportive environments within families and communities

  • Knowing when and how to seek professional help

Refugee & Immigrant Support

KAZ CARE refugee and immigrant support  multicultural _ faith-based communities  youth and

KAZ Care provides culturally sensitive wellbeing education tailored for refugee and newly arrived immigrant communities, including Afghan, South Asian, and Shia populations.

Areas of focus:

  • Emotional adjustment after displacement

  • Family stress and inter-generational challenges

  • Identity, belonging, and cultural transition

  • Community connection and peer support

Our programs integrate cultural understanding, faith sensitivity, & lived community experience, delivered in participants’ native languages whenever possible.

Youth Resilience & Identity Programs

We design youth-focused group programs that promote confidence, emotional awareness, and positive identity development for adolescents and young adults.

Topics include:

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Self-esteem, motivation, and purpose

  • Social media pressures and peer relationships

  • Leadership and community responsibility

Approach:
Peer-supported discussions, guided reflection, storytelling, and skill-building — not counselling or clinical intervention.

Family & Parenting Education

Our family programs support parents and caregivers with practical, evidence-informed guidance on communication, behaviour understanding, and family harmony.

Covered themes:

  • Positive parenting strategies

  • Understanding children’s emotional needs

  • Managing behavioural challenges at home

  • Strengthening parent-child relationships

Programs are especially designed for families navigating migration stress, cultural gaps, & settlement pressures.

Women’s Wellbeing

KAZ Care facilitates safe, culturally respectful spaces for women to explore wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.

Program elements:

  • Group discussions on emotional wellbeing

  • Stress management and self-care education

  • Confidence, boundaries, and self-worth

  • Peer connection and mutual support

Sessions are offered in women-only settings and in multiple languages.

Faith-Sensitive Wellbeing & Spiritual Resilience Sessions

We provide wellbeing education that respectfully integrates faith, spirituality, and mental-health awareness, particularly for Shia and Muslim communities.

These sessions explore:

  • Emotional resilience through faith and values

  • Coping with hardship, grief, and uncertainty

  • Purpose, patience, and hope

  • Healthy spiritual practices that support wellbeing

Delivered in collaboration with community centers and mosques, these sessions are educational and reflective, not religious counselling.

  • available community and public resources

We maintain referral pathways with local service providers where appropriate.
